Welcome to Subway Cameron Toll, a gem nestled in the bustling Cameron Toll Shopping Centre in Edinburgh. Subway Cameron Toll has garnered attention for both service highs and lows. Some customers appreciate the energy and dedication displayed by staff members like Gareth, who is praised for managing the lunchtime rush with efficiency and grace. His ability to maintain a positive atmosphere amid chaos exemplifies the kind of customer service we all appreciate.

Yet, it’s essential to address the challenges highlighted by patrons. Reports of inadequate staff communication and long wait times pose a hurdle for this establishment. Customers like Paul Dinwoodie describe moments of confusion at the counter, particularly when ordering drinks and subs, which detracts from the overall experience. Furthermore, Jaimie Baillie expresses frustration over rising prices and the lack of cash payment options, which can be a dealbreaker for many.

Despite the criticisms, Subway Cameron Toll still offers a variety of dishes that can pique your interest. From their classic footlong subs to the new wraps, there are options for both traditional and adventurous eaters. Some patrons have found success with newer menu items, which showcases potential improvements in food quality. However, consistency appears to be a concern.

As the café continues to evolve, it is the balance between attentive service and food quality that will define the Subway Cameron Toll experience. If you are in the area, you might want to give it a try; just be prepared for a possible wait. After all, great food and a bit of patience can lead to rewarding meals.

In conclusion, Subway Cameron Toll offers a mix of delicious sub options and potential service hiccups. Whether you're a longtime fan of Subway or a first-time visitor, some visits may charm you with exceptional service, while others may remind you of the areas still needing improvement.

staff on today all moving like glaciers and struggling to understand anything being said. Asked for a Coke and a Coke Zero which seemed to cause abject confusion. The staff member serving audibly tutting at having to go and get more wholegrain from the back. No napkins so after minutes got handed a roll of blue kitchen roll. minutes to order two standard menu subs is nuts. Not a manager in sight. Other than that the food wasn't too bad. Just seem to struggling to get anything right to the extent that people are just leaving without ordering.

I used to visit Subway on a regular basis. They used to offer decent deals such as a foot long and large drink for £. The last year or so standards have dropped whilst prices rose considerably. Now, this branch doesn't accept cash. Considering the location is prone to mobile signal issues, the app is rubbish. Plus on principle I'll not give any business to a place which doesn't accept cash.

The Que was out the door and Gareth was servicing to the best of his ability with limited help. Gareth led by example to his colleagues and took the role as team leader to the highest of standards by guiding his colleagues through a challenging situation and developing their skills by giving them feedback and instructions. Gareth should be the leader of subway with this service and subway should use his skills and knowledge to improve their customer service and sales throughout the world. Give this man a raise

If I could give the service zero stars I would. We attended Saturday th at approximately pm and we were greeted with a very angry frustrated and stressed manager who was huffing and puffing throughout our experience. Not only was his attitude intimating for us but I can also imagine for the staff as he was being very rude to them also. I know we all have bad days but there is a way for also trying to be professional time. Please do better
